The City of Lights project brings Waterford’s remarkable medieval heritage to life after dark. A selection of exceptional Norman artefacts, discovered through archaeological excavations and displayed in the Waterford Treasures Museums, is projected onto the city’s Norman and medieval walls and towers.

This immersive experience invites visitors to discover some of Waterford’s finest historic objects in a striking new way, transforming the cityscape into a living canvas and celebrating its rich Norman legacy.
