This show, as rare as it is original, recreates an entertainment at the court of the young William in 1035 and features a lament composed after his death in 1087 at the end. This tribute reveals the richness and beauties of the culture of a little-known century. It showcases the myths and heroes that shaped the mind of the future Conqueror. As in that era, wonderful, poetic, or funny tales are brought to life by the performance of minstrels, jugglers, and astonishing medieval puppets.
