This bilingual exhibition celebrates St Laurence O’Toole, Patron Saint of Dublin, marking the Year of the Normans, the millennium of Christ Church Cathedral and the 900th anniversary of his birth.

The exhibition brings together the relic of his heart, preserved at Christ Church, with a range of historical artefacts that tell the story of his remarkable life and legacy. It highlights his roles as Archbishop of Dublin, Abbot of Christ Church, key negotiator between the Anglo-Normans and the Irish, and international emissary. It also emphasises the enduring connection he forges between Eu in Normandy and Dublin.
