The Ydalir company is a Danish troupe specializing in the reconstruction of the Viking period. It highlights the skills of the time, particularly archery and craftsmanship.

It offers an exhibition accompanied by the reconstruction of a camp, presented in the Parc de Barneville-Carteret hall. The exhibition gathers replicas of period objects and traces the history of the Scandinavians in Normandy and England, the future territory of William the Conqueror.

The reconstructed camp is situated in the garden of the park, extending the immersive outdoor experience.
