Call for applications: take part in the Edinburgh Fringe Festival

As part of Millenium, the Région Normandie and ODIA Normandie are partnering with the Institut français d'Écosse to enable three Normandy-based companies to perform at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, the largest performing arts festival in the world.

This collaboration is part of the Vive le Fringe! programme, run by the Institut français d'Écosse since 2011, which showcases French productions in Edinburgh every year.

In August 2027, three Normandy-based contemporary creation companies could thus benefit from exceptional international visibility, while strengthening cultural ties between France and the United Kingdom.

Who can apply?

This call is open to Normandy-based performing arts companies (theatre, dance, music, puppetry, circus, street arts, spoken word, and multidisciplinary forms).

How to apply?

Applications are open from 21 July to 30 September 2026.

Applicants must fill in the application form and send the supporting documents to the Institut français d'Écosse: culture.ifecosse@institut-francais.org.uk
