The Tower of London will host an ambitious summer programme for the Millenium. From mid-July to mid August 2027, the surroundings of the White Tower — built from Caen stone by William the Conqueror — will host daily live performances based on the Norman conquest. What did William of Normandy think of his new subjects, and his new capital city of London? What did his new Anglo-Saxon subjects think of him? Find out in this humorous, fun-packed series of family-friendly performances throughout the Tower. Commissioned by Historic Royal Palaces.
