The Poètobus is a tour that revisits the Norman epic through a poetic approach, weaving connections between past and present, between territories and languages. The creation is part of a collective dynamic. Books, performances, installations, and podcasts emerge from the encounters, workshops, and exchanges held throughout the journey. This approach highlights a shared memory, revealing the richness and contrasts of the Norman literary heritage. It is also rooted in an intercultural perspective, emphasizing the linguistic and cultural ties between Normandy and England. Contemporary poetry engages with writings dating back to 1027, creating a resonance between ancient forms and today's voices. This work also involves younger generations: schools actively participate in the reappropriation of this history. The project is developed with the participation of Julien Marcland, poet and actor.
