What Remains

Remains is an immersive performance by Eric Arnal-Burtschy.

Inspired by the oldest European sanctuaries, Remains engages the five senses to make the audience - placed under a tree and around an oracle - feel the scale of time.

The piece thus questions the notion of the sacred applied to buildings, nature, or theater.

The performance is created with several artistic and scientific partners in Europe, notably with the University of Le Havre-Normandy for the creation of specific scents.

Remains is also part of a broad project developed around the theme "War and Peace" jointly by Le Volcan and the programming of the Comédie de Caen.
