Guided tour of the castle and the temporary exhibition

The tour follows the traces of the lords of Harcourt and goes back to the time of Anquetil and his four sons, companions of arms of William the Conqueror in the 11th century.
From the Piquet gate to the châtelet, passing through the courtyard and its viewpoint over the lord's residence, it retraces the history of the Harcourt family and its rise over the centuries. Faithful to the dukes of Normandy, the kings of England, or the royal power, its members actively participate in the history of Normandy and Europe.

Accompanied by a guide from the estate, the tour immerses you in the heart of the medieval history of this significant place of Norman heritage.
