Rouen British and Irish Short Film Festival

A British and Irish short film festival, this event takes place over 9 days and features around fifty films in competition, all subtitled without the use of AI.

Every evening, 90-minute screenings are organized alternately at the Omnia and Kinepolis cinemas in Rouen, with the film teams in attendance.

The festival opens on Saturday, November 13 with a special highlight evening “Year of the Normans.”
In parallel, a professional day brings together Norman, British and Irish directors and producers to strengthen cooperation between France, Ireland, and the United Kingdom in the field of cinema.
