Itinerant Festival - Connecting the Scenes, Crossing the Territories

STRØM asserts itself as an itinerant festival dedicated to creation, dissemination, and interdisciplinary encounters. In September 2027, it runs along the Normandy Seine, from Le Havre to Vernon, transforming the river into a true artistic experimentation ground.

Aboard the Thabor barge, European artists gather to create together. This moving residency gives birth to presentations offered during free events, accessible to all, along the stops.
Part of Millenium - 2027, European Year of the Normans, the project makes the Seine a cultural backbone, a pathway for circulation and sharing.

STRØM thus deploys a lively, mobile, and immersive experience, close to the audiences and territories.
