Roaming Festival - Connecting Scenes, Crossing Territories

STRØM establishes itself as a roaming festival dedicated to creation, dissemination, and interdisciplinary encounters. In September 2027, it runs along the Norman Seine, from Le Havre to Vernon, transforming the river into a true field of artistic experimentation.

Aboard the Thabor barge, European artists come together to create. This moving residency gives birth to presentations offered during free events, accessible to all, along the stopping points.
Part of the Millenium – 2027, Year of the Normans project, the initiative makes the Seine a cultural backbone, an axis of circulation and sharing.

STRØM thus deploys a lively, mobile, and immersive experience, closely connecting with audiences and territories.

The festival is supported by Poseur Export and Urban Boat.
