Itinerant festival - Connecting stages, crossing territories

STRØM is established as an itinerant festival dedicated to creation, dissemination, and interdisciplinary encounters. In September 2027, it runs along the Norman Seine, from Le Havre to Vernon, transforming the river into a true space for artistic experimentation.

Aboard the barge Thabor, European artists come together to create collaboratively. This moving residency gives rise to presentations offered during free events, accessible to all, throughout the stops.
Part of Millenium – 2027, European Year of the Normans, the project makes the Seine a cultural backbone, a route for circulation and sharing.

STRØM thus deploys a lively, mobile, and immersive experience, closely engaging with audiences and territories.
