Normandy caterers: join the Millenium Normandy Caterers Network!

Let Normandy shine on your plates! AREA Normandie, in partnership with the Chamber of Agriculture and the Normandy Region, is inviting applications to establish the Millenium Normandy Caterers Network. Interested professionals have until 12 October 2026 to apply.

Why join the network?

Joining the Millenium Normandy Caterers Network means:

Showcasing your expertise, culinary creativity and passion for Normandy products.
Increasing your visibility among event organisers and clients.
Accessing new business opportunities.
Joining a collective initiative bringing together professionals from Normandy’s gastronomy, agriculture, maritime and agri-food sectors.
Becoming an ambassador for Normandy’s gastronomy through your catering services.

A catering offer in two formats

Each applicant must create a distinctive “Normandie Millenium” catering offer, demonstrating their expertise and ability to showcase regional products.

This offer must be available in two formats:

A tasting reception: a simple, accessible option introducing guests to a selection of Normandy flavours.
A lunch or dinner reception: a more substantial, convivial and generous catering service showcasing the diversity of regional products.

Proposals must include Normandy cider products, one or more Normandy PDO cheeses, Normandy meat, Normandy seafood and Normandy vegetables.

Beyond these essentials, let your creativity shine: tell your own Normandy story!

Your expertise in the spotlight

Selected caterers and their offers will benefit from a collective promotional programme to increase their visibility and help them connect with event organisers:

An official digital directory, shared with local authorities, businesses, project organisers, tourism professionals, and economic and institutional partners.
Joint communications, through social media, digital channels and press relations.
Customisable digital communication materials, to showcase their offer.
A launch at FÊNO, an event celebrating Normandy’s talent and expertise.

How to apply

The application form will allow you to present:

your business, experience and expertise;
your two “Normandie Millenium” proposals;
the composition of your canapés and the origin of the main ingredients used;
your commitments to local sourcing, seasonality and responsible practices;
if you wish, photographs of your catering services.
