Norman memories and intersections

The conferences, or study days, are the heart of the project.

These meetings will bring together historians, art historians, and archaeologists from France and Italy. Regarding the sites of the Calabrian itinerary, they will be organized cyclically and will focus on themes such as: Norman sacred architecture; the Normans and the sea; liturgical traditions and scriptoria; power management; Norman material culture.

They will be linked to other scientific and/or dissemination events organized at the same sites.
