In 2025, an agreement was established for the long-term loan of the so-called Eremburga sarcophagus between the DRMN Calabria and the MANN, where it has been kept since 1845. The sarcophagus, which allegedly contained the remains of the second wife of Roger I in Mileto, is the centerpiece around which the exhibition and the reworking of the Norman section of the National Museum of Mileto (VV) revolve, also in view of the activities that the museum institute has planned for "Millennium 2027 - European Year of the Normans." Practical Information For everyone Admission fee: Free for the inauguration, with the exhibition visit included in the entrance ticket price. Contact
